Many people have chosen to holiday in the Netherlands this year. Please only come to Zeeland if you have no symptoms and you are willing to adhere to the guidelines that apply in the Netherlands. If you have any symptoms that are consistent with the corona virus during your holiday, you don’t have to go home for a test appointment. Stay at your holiday address and avoid other people as much as possible. Call 0800-1202 and make a test appointment near your holiday address. More information: Rijksoverheid.nl/coronatest.
Symptoms that may indicate a Covid-19 infection
If you have any health problems that might indicate Covid-19, stay in your holiday home and get yourself tested. Common symptoms include:
- Colds such as nasal colds, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat
- Tightness of chest
- Increased temperature or fever
- Sudden loss of smell and/or taste (without nasal congestion)
Do you need medical help?
Are you getting sicker or do you need medical help? If so, do not go to a GP’s (doctor) surgery or a hospital, but call the nearest GP (between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.) or the out-of-hours clinic (between 6 p.m. and 8 a.m.). In the case of an acute or life-threatening situation call 112.
Contact details of GP or HAP (out-of-hours clinic)
In the event of unpleasant but less serious ailments, you can contact your accommodation provider or the Tourist Information Office for the contact details of the nearest GP on duty at the time. After 6 p.m. or at weekends, you can call the out-of-hours clinic (for emergency treatment). Look at the map below for the correct telephone number.
